Quality evidence packs
The records a reviewer can quote, written under your technical authority.
- NQA-1 programs
- 10 CFR 50 Appendix B
- When we team
- Under your authority
- Not a certified auditor
A quality evidence pack is hygiene, not a wall of unused forms: the procedures, records, and habits that prove you did what you said, in the order a reviewer actually opens them.
Evidence-hygiene consulting: diagnose what a reviewer would open first, map the gaps, write the pack under your technical authority, and leave a file your team can keep current. NQA-1 and 10 CFR 50 Appendix B language is perimeter work we write when we team. ASG does not hold NQA-1 program authority and is not a certified auditor.
Same method as the rest of the practice: diagnose the operating system, map the risk or workflow, improve the procedure or digital tool, produce evidence and a usable handoff.
