1. The platform
asgfederal.com (Archimedes Systems Group) provides a marketplace and workflow layer for government contractors and independent contributors to coordinate discrete tasks.
2. Independent contractor relationship
Contributors are independent contractors. Contractors contract directly with Contributors. Archimedes is not a party to the underlying engagement except as described for payment processing and platform fees.
3. Fees and payments
- Contractors may pay subscription fees for platform access if applicable.
- A platform fee may be applied to task payments.
- Payments and payouts are processed through Stripe.
4. Prohibited content and controlled data
Phase 1: you must not upload or transmit ITAR, CUI, or classified information through this site. Use your organization approved systems for controlled deliverables.
5. Compliance
Contractors are responsible for ensuring tasks comply with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations, including FAR and DFARS flow-downs where applicable. Contributors are responsible for their own eligibility, representations, and tax obligations.
