1. The site
asgfederal.com provides information about Archimedes Systems Group capabilities and supports internal ASG operations workflows.
2. No procurement authority
Nothing on this site creates a government contract, teaming agreement, subcontract, or binding procurement commitment unless separately executed in writing by authorized parties.
3. Communications
- Do not send classified, CUI, ITAR, export-controlled, or source-selection-sensitive information through public contact paths.
- Capability discussions are preliminary unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
- ASG may decline work that does not fit current eligibility, security, or capacity limits.
4. Prohibited content and controlled data
Phase 1: you must not upload or transmit ITAR, CUI, or classified information through this site. Use your organization approved systems for controlled deliverables.
5. Compliance
Contractors are responsible for ensuring tasks comply with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations, including FAR and DFARS flow-downs where applicable. Contributors are responsible for their own eligibility, representations, and tax obligations.
