Mathew Hayden
2009-09-10Often called as Haydos, Mathew Hayden is one of the best opening batsmen in Cricket history. Hayden played for Australia for almost 15 years representing in all formats of the game. He made his first international appearance in the year 1994 against South Africa. He has amassed 8625 runs and 6133 runs in Test and one- day international matches. He has scored 30 Test hundreds and his highest Test score was 380.Though he made his retirement from international cricket he is now playing for Chennai Super Kings, one of the franchises of IPL. He was awarded as the Wisden player of the year 2003.
